FF7 The Barret and Vincent Insta kill glitch
K.O.T.R
7777 (hard to get but you pretty much win)
Cait Sith's Insta kill reels
Paper Mario TTYD
Danger Mario (one hit kill the Optional Boss)
Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Crissagrim (a sword that slashes at 200 MPH)
Alucard Shield+Shield Rod (high DPS while regenerating? Sounds broke to me)

Shaq Fu. The game ended up breaking after me and my brother used it as a frisbee.
Oh, you mean in the game.
I'll say anything to do with class balance in most MMORPGs. For example in Dark Age of Camelot, there use to be a tank class capable of killing even other tank classes in 3 or less attacks. Talking around 5 seconds here. They also had a class that had an instant cast spell with no cool down that could do damage and heal them. Throw in 2 healing pets, in a lot of circumstances other classes simply couldn't out damage the healing. They have long since fixed those problems though.
The aura spell+ Lionheart combination was very much broken in FF8.
Armageddon spell in Persona 3. Pretty sure it could one-shot everything except an optional boss and maybe the boss of the game.
Erde Kaiser or however you spell it in Xenosaga. Like Armageddon, could one shot everything except 2 bosses I believe.
Yuri's Dark Seraphim form in Shadow Hearts and to a much lesser extent Shadow Hearts 2. Along with high stats, had the basic massive damage non-elemental attack all spell and a group buff that increased everyone's stats by quite a bit.
I suppose super jump in Mario rpg if you were good with it. 100 jumps baby!

The Barret and Vincent Insta kill glitch? How's that work? Danger Mario (one hit kill the Optional Boss) (after about six chapters and over 9000 coins in preparation) Seriously though: The Trigun from Doom:The Roguelike. A nuke for only 5 HP loss permanent (IF you survive.) Blasters from Might and Magic. Insane aim, insane DPS. Too bad they're only ever useful in the ending dungeons. Oh, and their Draconic replacement in 8, Dragon-type party characters. F.E.A.R. strategy in Pokemon. Oh, and Shedinja. The Holy class of spells from Revelations: The Demon Slayer, as well as everything you get after getting the Ark... All of Sailor Moon's attacks. I mean, in order to instakill that many red-shirts that reliably... she must be using hacked weapons! ;D

www.youtube.com/watch?v=At1-oFqawvc Here's the Barret and Vincent glitch also you do realize that you could probably do Danger Mario soon as you get access to the Casino right? Those 100 rooms don't give EXP for no reason =/ The Shining Laser from Megaman Legends, god that thing could only be more broke if they made it 1 hit kill.

Oh god as much as I hate double posting I HAVE to post this
I recently found a method in Xenosaga Episode II to pretty much defeat most bosses in 1 Combo
Here's how ya do it, first you need Shion, Erde Kaiser Fury, and the Ether Burst and EP Half equipped, then when in a fight get a high elemental combo (5-10X should do, if you can go higher congratulations) then unleash Erde Kaiser Fury while Shion has the same element and you'll deal so much damage it's almost impossible to lose after that, anything under 100,000 HP will be dead if you have full stock and boost. It's just so broke

I don't know if this is broken (to me it is) but it's with Final Fantasy Tactics (PSX).
Only requirement really is to have a Knight know Speed - and Ramza know that one Speed + ability :
First you got a full party, get into a fight and kill all but the last enemy; you want to wound him to critical though. Then, making sure everyone knows Throw Rock (or Pebble or whatever), pelt the ever living poo poo out of your whole party while your Knight constantly spams Speed - on the enemy and Ramza does his Speed + ability to whomever.
Throw Rock will not kill the party and gives 10 Exp each turn. It only takes 100 Exp to level up. Potion (for when a party member does get low) gives 10 Exp. Speed + on a party member gives 10 Exp. The Knight, may get less or equal Exp, I can't rightly recall.
If all goes well, the Goblin will have his turn once every other blue moon and even then, if it's critical, it'll just run away from the Knight and subsequently your whole party.
You can do this for hours since every ten turns for a character gives them a level and just blast through the story line. I think they fixed it on the PSP version but for the PSX, I call it broken.

Well since you brought up cheap grinding tricks in FF
The Sinspawn lvling trick in FF10 when you fight Sin's fin, he just pumps em out again and again, this trick is now even more broken with your wireless PS3 controller, cause now you can kill Sinspawns while watching a movie, telling people about broken leveling tricks on the internet and more!
The Tidus Loner trick
now anyone who loves this game as much as I do (like right behind 7 and 12) knows Tidus is the first to learn Haste, now this trick I'd say is best in the Kilika woods, but the thing is, YOU CAN LEARN BLITZ ACE BEFORE EVEN GETTING IFRIT! Just have everyone run away, Tidus casts haste, he blocks, learns Loner, use that as your Overdrive method, rinse repeat the method until you get Blitz ace (I did it just until Energy Rain...don't wanna be too broke yet ^^ )
Oh and how about that Class Level system in FF3 huh? Yup you know what I'm talking about, how you guard 2-3 turns against Goblins and you get a level, now this I feel works best for those who want fist fighters as I recall ever class lvl grants you 2 attack power, thus meaning in an hour or two your fighter can deal a massive amount of damage.
Oh and does anyone remember the Blood Sword trick in FF9? Oh I do, make that fat ass knight Stienert Lvl 99 and not even midway through the game.

Lol! Yeah I remember the FFX tricks. Did them on my second run through since I didn't want to be cheap the first time I play a game.
God, Right outside Treno, I left the game on for a while and I came back periodically to revive someone. I practically /facepalmed at the ridiculousness. Knowing that Marcus's stats transfer over to Eiko when you get her...Yeah...
Legend of Legaia. Not so much broken but if you have a FAQ with you, you know every combo there is and can subsequently destroy enemies easily. Though not so much broken since you have to put in arrow keys in a limited space that grows over time. But still...

Really? I never knew that...learn something new every...THEY BASED A SUMMONER'S STATS OFF A WARRIORS? FFFFFFFFF....wait....god damn I just thought of how that can be broken too...
Also anyone here remember the Xenosaga stat trick?
For those who never played in Xenosaga 1 you could use skill points to increase your stats, find a good place to gain SP>EXP and you could reach max stats, but that's not where it's broke, because when characters lvl up each stat goes up, so that becomes the cap for that stat, so one char levels the cap increase for ALL, use the skill points to make em equal, level 1 char, wash rinse repeat, I only dived so much into that before eventually just beating the game (I wasn't even lvl 30 of 99 for God's sake) but yeah you can make your party insanely strong this way.

Final Fantasy 8 I used to always infinitely loop FF8's Zell's Limit break combo. Its not that hard, just keep doing the punch rush into booya, heal drop, and mach kick immediately when prompted and ignoring the final attack.
Also abusing the cardgame by cardmodding all the weak cards and just powering through all the card duels.
I always kept my life low enough to spam limit breaks, and this really helped out in leveling up all the characters in the islands closest to heaven and hell by spamming Quistis' Degenerator to cheap KO for exp.
One my little brother did just to spite me, was use Selphie's THE END limit on Omega Weapon. And I really put in the effort to beat that thing the first time too.

1. Not in any specific game but when a female (sometimes male) that has long or spikey hair it constantly goes through her back or shoulder, and the animators do nothing about it.
This video is an example of this. Watch Mikuru - the girl with long orange hair, third from the left with red shoes- her hair goes through her body constantly throughout the video.
