Been 10 years since I've really watched Nickelodeon. Now that I think about it, there was "Are You Afraid of the Dark" too.
Yeah, I can't think of any shows or games where time travel wasn't confusing.

Not so much a plot hole as a "Complaining about Shows that I really do like..."
Given Rini's/Chibiusa's usage of the Silver Moon Imperium... thingy... Crystal at the end of R, and given that her Crystal is the future version of Serena's/Usagi's, the continuity turns into a klein bottle if Rini never happens. I like Sailor Moon, Rini was a great addition, but her using the future Crystal instead of her own was a major mistake if you ask me.

I remember watching Ouran High School Host Club episode 1 and I wondered how Hunny's Bunny Uzo-chan can blush if it's a stuffed toy? O.o; Plothole?

Unfortunately, I can only think of one anime series with (a) plot hole/s. Digimon Adventure 02. I mean, how did Taichi get into the Digital World with his old Digivice in the first episode? To quote a certain character parodized by Robot Chicken, "Anime sure is weird." Cause he's Tai, the most awesome character in Digimon, EVER! You look at the rag tag team he had to coop with while trying to save two worlds, and tell me that he is not awesome. Okay, BIGGEST Plot hole I just remembered. Star Ocean Til the End Of Time's Ending, it is by far the BIGGEST Deus Ex Machina, bullshit plot device....until Naruto Shippuden came out. For those who actually played this and want to beat it stop reading NAO. Everyone else, here we go... The plot in the later half of the game is that our Universe is a game made by people from another dimension called "4-D Space" and that we were developed by Luther (Commonly thought as Lucifer as his henchmen take similar names to biblical villains) and Luther no longer wants our universe alive for tampering too far into science, so Luther wants to destroy our Universe. At the end even though we kill Luther the heroes are too late and goodbye Universe, but wait Our main hero is deep in thought, when he realizes "hey I'm thinking, therefore I'm alive, therefore..." and so, because our heroes perceive their universe as REAL it wasn't subject to Luther's universal nuke.....yup...biggest...plot...hole...EVER....until Sauce Gay

I thought that first main spoiler was pretty damn funny. The whole ending was just hilariously bad. Helped that I never cared much for the story and most of the characters in the first place.
