Since I started a favorite video game thread, I may as well do a worse video game one.
Fortunately for me, I manage to miss most of the bad games out there. Unfortunately, a few manage to slip between the cracks.
The first offender is Hydlide. Imagine if someone took a Zelda game and beat it over the head with a rusty sledgehammer till there was irreversible brain damage and blood and vomit everywhere. That's basically what this game is. The charges are having a very poor battle system, repetitious music that loops throughout the whole game, random deaths, and traumatizing my younger self with needlessly long passwords. The sentence is lethal injection without anesthesia.
"Action 52" and "Sword of Vermilion" I suppose are 2 other games I didn't like either. They have nothing on Hydlide though.
Games I didn't hate, but were rather disappointed in were "FF:Crystal Chronicles", "Fallout:Brotherhood of Blood", and "Zelda:Four swords". I had some fun with them, but the $50 I spent on each one was a complete ripoff.

The one game I hatted the most was on XBox Live. The game is called Crazy Mouse. The controls are so horrible & clunky that it will make you pissed the first time.

Jim Power and the Next Dimension FOR THE SNES [not the one on PC]
Little to No storyline, the enemies were superhard, one hit deaths, limited lives, the stages trained even the most patient of gamers, way too Many leaps of faith in the stages
AND the only redeeming quality it had, besides the cheats that only made the game 5% less impossible, was the background music. The music was pretty good, considering it was make by the Same clowns that made SuperTurrican.
I was just so sick of hearing that death scream even if it was in surround sound: "OOOOOHHH....!!!!" every 10 seconds. __________________________________________ Bram Stoker's Dracula 4TEH SNEZ
It was kind of decent for a movie2game. There plenty of items and power ups, sometimes some unfair traps, and the bosses can range from too easy to too cheap. The music was ok, the graphics were alright considering its the SNES. There was one big problem i had though...At the last level on the way to the final boss:If you die after the 1/2 way point theres a glitch were you'll continue to fall into a flaming DeathPit. And at that point you get beat up and attacked ALOT.

I don't know...there was this game where the whole point was to mash buttons and create fireworks (Fantavison, maybe?) on the Playstation 2 a few years back that my siblings and I had gotten for Christmas because my mother didn't know any better.....that game sucked pretty hard, let me tell you.

Two words: Teen Titans. As much as I liked the series, the game sucked ass. They could've done a lot better with it in my honest opinion. It was too easy, even on the hardest difficulty.

Gex games on the Playstation. Graphics are bad, it's easy to die, and it's a pain to save data.

I said it on the last board and I'll say it here....YU-GI-OH FORBIDDEN MEMORIES! As much as I like the card game (yes call me a nerd) this game is fucked up. I'll take the tongue and cheek plot, as I never expect much plot about something revolved around card games but the game play the only thing that matters sucks so bad.
Not because it doesn't play like the game, true it doesn't follow the rules to a T but the rules are understandable, but because the game is SO BROKE
There is no way you can have fun, it's a broken game, true with some luck you can get through the first half but after that you have the most broken characters to fight! The most powerful monster you can scrounge up would be around 2500, yet the opponent can summon 3000+ Monster almost every turn.
To add to that there's this whole stupid "Planet" element, WHY!? This was NEVER in the series, if anything the natural elements should decide it! Not something that had NEVER been explained!
What else can top the already high unplayable factor? Oh that's right to get ANY decent cards you need to waste your opponents in like 2 turns, and to get the Good cards you need the code on it, simple? Well like Lex says WRONG! To get the good, famous cards you need 99,999 Chips...you get 5 at most...

I have another game I can add to my hate list. Final Fantasy X-2.
First of all, I'll say the combat was very good. I will even go as far as saying it probably has the best battle system in the numbered FF series.
With that said, that rest of this game was awful and I only beat it for the sake of beating it. The characters, I simply couldn't stand with Paine being the only tolerable one. Unlike a lot of people I actually did like Yuna in FFX, but in this her and Rikku were perhaps the most aggressively annoying and obnoxious characters I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in any video game ever. Don't even get me started on Brother. If you've played the game you know.
The story was a whole bunch of "meh" and completely forgettable. I guess it picks up a bit near the end, but by that point I stopped caring.
The side quests were largely a waste of time with the only decent one being with Yuna moving around and shooting stuff.
Fortunately I only paid $11 for this... Unfortunately I paid $11 for this.

You can predict the ending and you will be right. Why couldn't they explain more about Paine? She's still mysterious right after the end. Gosh. One of the worst game? Probably Dark Cloud. The repetitive battle system, long dungeons, and georama are really annoying. The only fun part I can find from it is the tiny bits of story which entertained me for mere seconds and the little battle where you press the right button in the right time.

Okay time for one I am ashamed to admit I ever played, and haunts me to this day....DUELIST OF THE ROSES, THE ABSOLUTE WORST YU-GI-OH GAME EVER MADE!
This confusing, cliche, barren excuse called a game is a nightmare among YGO fans, why? BECAUSE IT'S LIKE WIPING YOUR ASS ON SANDPAPER WITH A FLESH EATING VIRUS ON IT!
The game starts off with some Bullshit in Europe during some famous war involving Roses, I don't give a shit this is a card based game not a history lesson, and the Europe Version of one of the stock YGO game characters somehow pulls YOU the played back in time, which was bullshit, then Euro Kaiba says "No join us." and this is the highlight of the game, choose good or bad, but really that's the highlight of the game, the actual battle system, is kinda like a bastardized Chess and card game love child
It's just so boring, then when you win, you don't automatically get the card, you get s slot machine, which does jack shit.
I'd go more in depth but I never played the game that much because I could tell from the onset it sucked, I only bought the game cause of the cards that came with it, which probably have more value then the game

SUPERMAN for the N64. None of it was linear to the Superman world. For instance, I can pick up a person and a two-ton robot (and throw them a good distance), but I can't pickup a BMW Bug. The flying was s**tty as well. It felt to two-dimensional, especially for the Nin-freaking-tendo 64. The plot sucked and the voice acting was so bad. The character sprites looked too cube-ish. One Word: BROKEN
Dr. Mario for the Nintendo Wii. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like GGL Wire puts it best in their top ten worst games of 2008, "Yeah, there’s a certain problem that Princess Peach forgot to mention. Perhaps the game is sponsored by Vagisil."
Simply put: W... T... F
Fortunately, I didn't buy these games, so at least I don't have to live with that crap.
