DUH. Of course I read the comics!!! Oh goody! Well, I really love The Long Halloween and related novels (Dark Victory; Haunted Knight). I love Year One, Dark Knight Returns, the Killing Joke, and I *adore* Arkham Asylum. I'm currently making my way through Hush (I have volume 1, but not volume 2 V.V) I want to read the new Joker graphic novel, aptly titled "Joker" by Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo. So bad. Anyone else...?

Gotham Knight is a kickarse DVD It even features the TAS's voice Actor Kevin Conroy. What really shocked and made me like Batman even more at that point was in the commentary during i think the gang shootout episode, he mentions when 9/11 happened he voluntereed to cook at a restaurant for the rescue workers and the police officers, And so in a few days after the attack one of the bus Boys asks if Kevin did TV or cartoons to which Kevin replied: "Yeah, i've done some stuff" and the bus boy recognize his voice and asked if he did anything with Batman TAS. Which then Kevin replied: "Yeah...Im Batman's and Bruce's voice. The Bus boy then ran out of the kitchen and shouted: "HEY EVERYBODY!!! DO YOU KNOW WHOSE BEEN COOKING FOR YOU THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS!? IT WAS BATMAN!!!" And one of the guys in the restaurant shouted: Bull! So then Kevin then got on the horn and Said : I AM THE NIGHT...I AM VENGEANCE...I...AM...BATMAN!" Then he was immediately crowded, and everybody in that room for a moment had escaped the misery that had happened at the time.

I still cant believe that Oswald from the Drew Carey Show is Batman's latest voice actor. Whats next? Wayne Brady as TwoFace? Colin Mochire as the Captain Canada? Ryan Styles as Catman? Guess im just gonna have to see it to Believe It!

Guess im just gonna have to see it to Believe It! If you're talking about the Brave and the Bold, I thought it fit pretty well! It definitely has that neat, campy feel.

Didn't Joel Shoemaker give us enough campness with Batman and Robin? An hour and a half of horrible puns about Ice and Plants...and so MANY cliches...

I still cant believe that Oswald from the Drew Carey Show is Batman's latest voice actor. Oh, and he was that Security Guard near the end of 'Jay & Silent Bob:Strike Back' that was trying to force Bob into 'SOMETHING YOU DO TO A BALLOON TO MAKE IT BIGGER'-to Jay, and he was technically Will Smith's White Uncle when his Youngest Aunt Married him on 'Fresh Prince of Bel Air', and he voiced some villian on the Buzz Light Year Cartoon. Hah, didnt need to look up Wiki for all that crap. Its all in here [points to his Skull full of Breinz] Back on the Subject at hand- What time is it on? I know its Cartoon Network. OH! I dont really keep up since i always busy with stuff, whats the deal with this End of Batman, or i heard that he went crazy and that all his Batkids were kidnapped, drugged, or beaten. So whats been going on?

For the past couple of years, I've become a huuuge Batman fan. Mainly because of Terry McGinnis. Mmmm Terry <3
Yet, as of recently, I've been ever growing more attached to Bruce Wayne as well. They're both so dreamy~
Though, I'll have to say, that I absolutely ADORE Harley Quinn and the Joker's relationship. Sadly enough, I see so much of myself in Harley that I'd love to be in her shoes. Or..with..them (I dunno)
YAY BATMAN =D
Edit: Since I've been down here, my friend sent me the dvds of Batman Beyond: The Return of the Joker uncut and uncensored (Mark Hamill is my favorite Joker of all time hands down), and the special edition of Gotham Knight. Which I lurved with a passion~

Yes, Batman Beyond was really great!! As far as Robin goes... Poor kid is misunderstood, D: Most people who "hate" Robin, have only seen the movies and old comics, with the stupid, campy Dick Grayson Robin. Tim Drake Robin (the current one) is probably my favorite character from anything ever. He's so tortured without being emo!! I wanna hug him, D: You mean he's actually goth??

I've loved batman!! I never read the comics, but I used to watch the cartoon show when i was a kid. Batman beyond was pretty cool as well. I actually spent about an hour the other night watching "Mystery of Bat-woman". It's call "Batman MOB" if you want to look it up. It's actually really good!
Although i've never read the comics, I do enjoy the plot from them. I would LOVE to see harley quinn in the next movie. She makes me purr ^_^
On an completely random side note...
who here thinks that Rei and The Joker would make such a fine couple? I mean, Harley is cute, but omgosh. The Joker with Rei, that would be incredible!!!

The Dark Knight is the perfect example of the dementia of the Batman Comics. With the late great Heath Ledger's spectacular performance as the Joker and the dark storyline, it is the best action movie of the 21st Century. Unless Chris Nolan can find an amazing actor for the Joker (Not possible)and other villians, no Batman movie can top The Dark Knight.
If Nolan made another movie, they should base it on either Hush, Heart of Hush or The Killing Joke.
But if they had another Nolan Batman movie, which villian would be in it and who would play them? here's my guess:
The Riddler- Johnny Depp The Catwoman- Anne Hathaway or Angelina Jolie Hush- Maybe Keifer Sutherland Kirk Langstrom/ManBat- Hugh Laurie
I swear, I have a friend "Booch" can literally teach "Batman Philosophy" if it was a college course. Does anyone have a friend that can apply Batman to many aspects of life?
